Here's the scoop:
Claire Butler Creative was born in 2019. At the time, I was studying at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where I got my degree in Graphic Communication. While in SLO, I got to work with hundreds of seniors and build my business foundation while shooting graduation photos.
Today I consider myself a portrait and lifestyle photographer with clients up and down the California coast. I am based in San Francisco where I work full time in tech. You'll find me shooting weddings, brands and engagements on the weekends or after 5pm - it's never boring. Having a creative outlet is a key pillar in my life, and getting to connect with clients and practice visual storytelling is fulfilling.
In my spare time - you'll find me grabbing one of my two beverages of choice - a cappuccino or a glass of wine. I'm also usually scheming about my next trip - if you're booking your destination wedding - this is your sign!
